Latino Northfield<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>is a public humanities project that documents, preserves, and shares the stories, initiatives, and contributions of Latinx\/a\/o\/e communities in Northfield, Minnesota. It brings together oral histories, archival materials, and community narratives to create a freely accessible digital resource for residents, educators, researchers, and future generations.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Mexican owner and operator of La T\u00eda Farm. She grows tomatillos, roma tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, a variety of hot peppers, cilantro, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram. She uses organic seeds, many of which are rare varieties (especially of hot peppers) that have been saved and passed down from their home country of Mexico.<\/span><\/p>\n
